Returns

Due to the nature of precious metals and the fluctuating market value of gold, returns are only accepted for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Opened, unsealed, altered, damaged, or tampered-with products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed gold bullion products.
  • Products with damaged or removed security packaging.
  • Custom, special-order, or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting sayed@capitaledgedxb.com and providing:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a return or replacement.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges, insurance fees, payment processing fees, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

Market Value Fluctuations

Because gold bullion prices fluctuate continuously based on market conditions, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Returns will not be accepted solely due to changes in the market price of gold.
